John Dewey
John Dewey (1859–1952) was an American philosopher, psychologist, and educational reformer who helped shape pragmatism and progressive education. He argued that learning should be active, experiential, and tied to democratic life, and he influenced both philosophy and school reform through works such as "Democracy and Education" and "Experience and Nature."
