Windy Dryden
Windy Dryden is a British psychotherapist, counselling psychologist, trainer, and academic best known for his work in Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT), a major CBT approach. He has worked in counselling and psychotherapy since 1975 and served as Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University of London. He has also authored more than 240 books on therapy, self-help, and related topics.
