Richard J. Love

Richard J. Love is an American art dealer, author, and gallery owner known for his scholarship on nineteenth-century American painting. He founded his first art gallery in Steger, Illinois in 1966, later earned advanced degrees in art, and wrote several books on artists and art history while also serving in arts leadership roles in Illinois.
