Love demonstrates that effective leadership is not a matter of developing a long list of universal leadership 'traits.' Rather, an effective Christian leader maximizes strengths, minimizes limitations, and consistently grows in Christlike character in order to share a vision with others. This particular hypothesis of leadership is called the 'Project Cathedral Hypothesis Regarding Leadership.'
