Nathalie A. Cabrol

Nathalie A. Cabrol is a French-American astrobiologist specializing in planetary science, focusing on ancient lakes on Mars and leading high-altitude expeditions in the Chilean Andes as principal investigator of NASA's High Lakes Project.[1][2] She joined the SETI Institute in 1998 as a Senior Astrobiologist and became Director of the Carl Sagan Center for the Study of Life in the Universe in 2015, with over 470 peer-reviewed publications, three books, and research on habitability and life beyond Earth.[2][3][6]
