Michael R. Solomon, Ph.D., is a Professor of Marketing at the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where he specializes in consumer behavior, branding strategy, and the psychology of fashion and image. He is the author of numerous influential books, including 'Consumer Behavior: Buying, Having, and Being,' the world's most widely used textbook on the subject, and 'The New Chameleons: How to Connect with Consumers Who Defy Categorization.'
