MICHAEL POLLAN
Michael Pollan is an American journalist and professor specializing in food, agriculture, and the intersection of human and natural worlds. Born in 1955, he has authored ten books, many of which are New York Times bestsellers, including The Omnivore's Dilemma and How to Change Your Mind. He holds the position of Knight Professor of Science and Environmental Journalism at UC Berkeley and the Lewis K. Chan Arts Lecturer at Harvard University.
