Lieutenant Commander Moffat

Lieutenant Commander John William Charlton Moffat (1919–2016), known as Jock Moffat, was a Scottish Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm pilot and author. He was widely credited as one of the Swordfish pilots in the 1941 attack on the German battleship Bismarck, and later wrote the memoir I Sank the Bismarck.
