Friedrich Nietzsche

Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) was a German philosopher and classical philologist who became one of the most influential thinkers of the modern era. He is best known for his writings on morality, the concept of the Übermensch (super-man), and the critique of traditional values and religion. After resigning from his professorship at the University of Basel in 1879 due to health issues, he entered a highly productive period, publishing major works including Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Beyond Good and Evil, and The Genealogy of Morals.
