Elisabeth Prueitt

Elisabeth Prueitt is an American pastry chef and cofounder of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, which she launched with her husband Chad Robertson in 2002. She is known for her award-winning pastry work, including the acclaimed Tartine cookbooks, and for developing gluten-free baking after discovering she was gluten intolerant.
