Celia Brooks Brown is an American vegetarian chef, author, and television host who moved to England in 1989 and built a career writing and presenting on food. She has written multiple vegetarian cookbooks and has appeared on UK television programs including Saturday Kitchen and Good Food Live. The surname "Brown" was dropped after her divorce in 2010.
