Ann Bainbridge Frymier

Ann Bainbridge Frymier is a Professor and Director of Communication Studies at Ohio University, specializing in instructional communication—the study of teaching and learning as a communication process. She earned her Ed.D. from West Virginia University in 1992 with a joint major in Communication Studies and Curriculum and Instruction, and previously held positions at Miami University including Associate Dean of the Graduate School. She has taught courses in interpersonal communication, instructional communication, persuasion, and organizational communication.
