The world of the theater has always been a safe haven for Maggie Collins—a place where she can escape from her husband’s affair with another woman. Casting her next play, Maggie auditions Jonathan Ross for the lead role. Finding him brash and brazen, she decides he is not right for the part. But Jonathan is not about to give up. He wins the role, much to Maggie’s better judgment. As rehearsals get under way, Maggie realizes that something is interfering with Jonathan’s acting. Something personal.
