Worth the Money

After I read the first book in this series, I had to buy and read book 2. I already preordered book 3. I love series about ballplayers/teams, doesn't matter if it's hockey, baseball, football, etc. This series starts off different because it's about 3 previous ball players who buy the team. So in this book it's about Lucas, who is a doctor, and Sarah, who is a helicopter pilot. They are attracted to each other but they keep it professional. Then Lucas gets the idea that he needs his own pilot to get him to his patients/surgeries and back and forth to the team's training. Sarah is a great character and has lots going on in her life at the time. I loved Lucas from Devil in Denim and only loved him more with each page. Great story and I cannot wait until the next book, Lawless in Leather. My favorite character so far, Mal, gets his story. These books are kind of pricey, but they are worth it. Read more
