Zygmunt Bauman

Zygmunt Bauman was a Polish-British sociologist and philosopher known for his analyses of modernity, the Holocaust, and postmodern consumerism. He introduced the influential concept of 'liquid modernity' to describe the fluid and uncertain nature of contemporary social life. Bauman spent his later career at the University of Leeds, where he became one of the most cited social theorists of his era.
