Zhenan Bao

Zhenan Bao is a Chinese-born American chemical engineer and the K.K. Lee Professor of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University, renowned for her pioneering work in organic electronic materials, stretchable electronics, and self-healing polymers. She has received numerous accolades, including the L'Oréal-Unesco For Women in Science Award and the VinFuture Prize for Female Innovators, for her contributions to wearable electronics and biomedical applications. With over 800 refereed publications and 80 US patents, she is a leading figure in materials science and engineering.
