Yukari Sakamoto
Yukari Sakamoto is a Tokyo-born Japanese author, chef, sommelier, and shochu advisor known for writing about Japanese food and drink, including *Food Sake Tokyo*. She has also worked as a columnist and food tour guide, and her background includes study at the French Culinary Institute.[1][5][7][8]
