William Weir

William Weir was a Scottish-born businessman, newspaper publisher, and author who moved to Canada in 1842 and later became active in Montreal and Toronto business and publishing. He published the Canadian Merchants' Magazine and Commercial Review and wrote *Sixty Years in Canada*, an account of his life published in 1903.[1][3]
