William S. Schaill

William S. Schaill, who also writes under the pen name Michael Howe, was born in 1944 in Yonkers, New York. He has published six nautical thrillers, written hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles, and has also worked in educational publishing, naval salvage diving, and other business ventures.
