William Hynes

William Hynes is a contemporary economist and climate-change specialist who serves as a Senior Climate Change Economist at the World Bank. He has also held roles at the OECD and is affiliated with UCL and the Santa Fe Institute, where his work focuses on new economic narratives, systems thinking, and policy approaches.
