William Heffernan

William Heffernan is an American novelist and former newspaper reporter born in New Haven, Connecticut, on August 22, 1940. He is the Edgar Award-winning author of numerous crime and thriller novels, including “Tarnished Blue,” “The Corsican,” and “The Dinosaur Club.”
