William Douglas Simpson

William Douglas Simpson CBE (2 August 1896 – 9 October 1968) was a Scottish academic, archaeologist, and writer who specialized in medieval architecture and archaeology. He worked at the University of Aberdeen as a lecturer, librarian, and registrar, and also served in roles connected to Scottish heritage and ancient monuments.[1][2][3]
