Willard A. Palmer
Willard A. "Bill" Palmer (1917–1996) was an American music scholar, educator, composer, and prolific author known for his work in keyboard pedagogy and accordion instruction. He wrote hundreds of published works, contributed to the development of the convertor accordion, and was especially respected for his scholarly editions of keyboard music.
