Warren Gill
Warren Gill is a retired professor who taught at the University of Tennessee from 1985 to 2007 and chaired the agriculture department at Middle Tennessee State University for eight years. He grew up on the historic Greer-Gill farm near Petersburg, Tennessee, purchased by his grandfather in 1943, and now lives on a nearby farm after returning following his wife's passing. Gill is an author known for his memoir 'Cane Creek Days,' which recounts his boyhood on a storybook farm, and his recent book 'Solomon'; he also writes for the Elk Valley Times.
