Víctor Rodríguez Cedeño is a Venezuelan lawyer, career diplomat, and professor of international law. He has served as a member of the United Nations International Law Commission, Venezuela’s ambassador, and head of Venezuela’s delegation during the negotiations of the Rome Statute.[1][2]
