Veronique Paradis

Véronique Paradis is a Quebec-based author and culinary creator who studied at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in Montreal. She spent several years refining her craft in top restaurants in Montreal, Europe, and Australia, and is associated with recipe/food books such as the "World's 60 Best" collection.
