Valerie Parv

Valerie Christine Parv AM (1951–2021) was an Australian author renowned for writing over 70 romance novels, primarily for Mills & Boon since 1982, with sales exceeding 34 million copies worldwide. She also authored non-fiction and writing guides, totaling 93 books translated into 29 languages, and was recognized as a leading media spokesperson for romance in Australia. Parv was made a Member of the Order of Australia for her contributions to literature.
