V. Belinski
Vissarion Grigoryevich Belinsky (1811–1848) was a prominent Russian literary critic, philosopher, and publicist, often called the father of the Russian radical intelligentsia and a key figure in the Westernizer movement. Born in Sveaborg (now Suomenlinna, Finland) to a physician father, he studied at Moscow University but was expelled for a play criticizing serfdom, later becoming a leading editor and critic for magazines like Otechestvennye Zapiski and Sovremennik in St. Petersburg.[1][3]
