Ursula King
Ursula King (née Brenke) is a German-born theologian and scholar of religion, specializing in gender and religion, feminist theology, and the works of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. She is Professor Emerita of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Bristol, where she held the chair from 1989 to 2002, and previously taught at the University of Leeds, in London, and in India from 1965 to 1970. A prolific author, she has published extensively on women in world religions, comparative spirituality, interfaith dialogue, and religion and gender.
