Tony Dungy
Tony Dungy is a former NFL safety, coach, and #1 New York Times bestselling author known for books like Quiet Strength, Uncommon, and The Mentor Leader. He coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 2001, implementing the Tampa 2 defense and leading them to multiple playoffs, before guiding the Indianapolis Colts to Super Bowl XLI victory in 2007 as the first African American head coach to win a Super Bowl. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016, he is also a two-time NFL Coach of the Year (1997, 2005).[1][3][4]
