Tim Wu

Tim Wu is a Taiwanese-American legal scholar, professor at Columbia Law School, and author best known for coining the term 'net neutrality' in 2002. He served as Special Assistant to the President for Technology and Competition Policy in the Biden administration from 2021 to 2023, helping author the 2021 Executive Order on Competition, and has written influential books on antitrust, media, and technology including The Attention Merchants and The Curse of Bigness.[1][2][3]
