Tim Koopmans

Thijmen (Tim) Koopmans was a Dutch jurist and legal scholar who served as a judge on the Supreme Court of the Netherlands and the European Court of Justice. He also taught at several universities, including Leiden, Utrecht, Cambridge, and Ghent, and later served as Advocate General at the Dutch Supreme Court.
