Thom Brooks

Thom Brooks is a British legal scholar, author, and public policy commentator who serves as Professor of Law and Government at Durham University. He has written books on law, ethics, citizenship, and public policy, and has held senior academic leadership roles including Dean of Durham Law School and Principal of Collingwood College.[2][3][5]
