Thilda Wennes Egertson

Thilda Wennes Egertson (1904–2008) was an American author who wrote the memoir 'Buggy on the Barn Roof: What They Did and How They Did It,' published in 2007 by Xlibris, detailing family history and autobiography. Married to Rev. Hagbard Odin Egertson on August 19, 1923, in Winneshiek, Iowa, she was the mother of at least two sons and two daughters, including Lutheran bishop Paul Wennes Egertson. Later in life, she earned a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a master's from Cal State, living in places like Minneapolis and Los Angeles.
