THEODORE GOLDFARB
Theodore D. Goldfarb was an environmental chemist and professor at SUNY Stony Brook who began his career as a physical chemist studying reactive molecules and molecular fragments using infrared matrix techniques[4]. He was a founder of the Science for the People chapter at SUNY Stony Brook and an organizer of the group's environmental activism efforts[2]. Goldfarb authored educational materials on environmental policy and science, including the debate-style reader 'Taking Sides: Clashing Views on Controversial Environmental Issues'[3].
