Terry Atkinson

Terry Atkinson is a British conceptual artist and theorist born in 1939 in Thurnscoe, Yorkshire, who co-founded the influential Art & Language group in 1968. After leaving the group in 1974, he continued his artistic practice through painting, writing, object-making, and teaching, challenging traditional conceptions of aesthetics in art.
