Ted L. McDorman

Ted L. McDorman is a retired Canadian legal scholar specializing in ocean law and policy. He joined the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law in 1985 and retired in 2022 after a distinguished academic career.[2][4] Born in Nova Scotia in June 1955, he has written extensively on international maritime issues.[3]
