Taylor Brown
Taylor Brown is an American author of Southern fiction born in 1982 in Brunswick, Georgia, known for novels that blend literary fiction with crime, folklore, and environmental history while exploring the American South and Appalachian region. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005, lived in Buenos Aires and San Francisco, and now resides in Savannah, Georgia, where he is the founder and editor-in-chief of BikeBound. His 2024 novel Rednecks won the Southern Book Prize, and his work has been recognized with the Montana Prize in Fiction and the Georgia Author of the Year award for Literary Fiction.
