Tanya Huff
Tanya Sue Huff, born in 1957 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is a Canadian author known for her fantasy and science fiction works, including the popular Blood Books series featuring vampire Henry Fitzroy, which was adapted into the TV series Blood Ties. She holds a degree in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson Polytechnic University and lives in rural Ontario with her partner Fiona Patton, cats, and a Chihuahua. After varied experiences including time in the Canadian Naval Reserve and selling sunglasses, she began publishing in the mid-1980s.
