Sylvia Mayuga

Sylvia L. Mayuga was a Filipino journalist, writer, essayist, poet, and documentary filmmaker known for socially engaged work and for writing during the Martial Law era in the Philippines. She received three National Book Awards and was associated with Women Writers in Media Now (WOMEN).
