Svetlana N. Yanuschkevich

Svetlana N. Yanushkevich is an electrical engineer and professor specializing in biometrics, machine learning, and reversible computing. Educated in the Soviet Union, Belarus, and Poland, she has worked at the University of Calgary since 2001, where she heads the Biometric Technologies Laboratory and serves as associate dean for research. Her research focuses on biometric-based authentication, security applications, and biomedical systems.
