Susan Margaret Cormier

Susan Cormier is a Canadian writer who won the CBC Nonfiction Prize, one of Canada's most prestigious short-form writing awards, and has been shortlisted for awards including CBC's National Literary Award in Poetry and Arc Magazine's Poem of the Year. She studied Arts at Okanagan College, focusing on psychology and sociology from 1993-1995 in Salmon Arm, and majored in literature and rhetoric from 1995-1998 in North Kelowna. Her writing has appeared in publications such as Atlantis Women's Studies Journal, West Coast Line, and anthologies like Rocksalt: An Anthology of Contemporary B.C. Poets.
