Stephen Leacock
Stephen Leacock (1869–1944) was a Canadian humorist, educator, political economist, and writer best known for Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town and Arcadian Adventures with the Idle Rich. Born in England and raised in Ontario, he taught at McGill University and became one of the most popular English-language humorists of the early 20th century.
