Stephen Knapp

Stephen Knapp (1947–2017) was an American artist best known for creating lightpaintings, a pioneering new art medium of the 21st century. He gained international recognition for large-scale works executed in diverse media including light, kiln-formed glass, metal, stone, mosaic, and ceramic, displayed in museums and private collections.
