Stephen Johnston

Stephen Johnston is a professor at Arizona State University known for foundational work in molecular biology, including first cloning the Gal4 gene and helping discover AAA proteins and their role in transcription. He has also been a co-inventor of multiple biotechnology tools and methods, and his later work has focused on translational sciences and technology development.[1][15]
