Stephen J McEwen

Stephen J. McEwen Jr. was a prominent Pennsylvania jurist who served as District Attorney of Delaware County and later as a judge on the Superior Court for 31 years, including as president judge from 1996 to 2001 and president judge emeritus thereafter.
