Stephen C. McCaffrey

Stephen C. McCaffrey is a Distinguished Professor and Scholar at the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law, where he has taught since 1977, and is recognized as one of the world's foremost authorities on international water law.[1][2][5] He has authored key publications including The Law of International Watercourses (Oxford University Press, 2d ed. 2007) and Understanding International Law, and received prestigious awards such as the 2018 Distinguished Elisabeth Haub Award in Environmental Law and Diplomacy and the 2017 Stockholm Water Prize.[1][2][6]
