Stephane Frattini

Stéphane Frattini was born in Cannes and spent his childhood in West Africa.[1] Before becoming a children's book author, he worked in many different types of jobs.[1] He has written over 220 books, with his most popular work being 'Who's Looking at You?' from the Nature Lift-the-Flap Books series.[4]
