Stationery Office Books
Her Majesty’s Stationery Office (often abbreviated HMSO) was the United Kingdom government department responsible for publishing and printing official documents, legislation, and other public records. It began in 1786 and later became a major state publisher before its functions were reorganized and privatized in the late 20th century.[1][13]
