Stanley I Kutler
Stanley I. Kutler was an American historian and Professor Emeritus of History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in U.S. legal and constitutional history, the Vietnam War, and the Watergate scandal. He played a pivotal role in litigating for the public release of the Nixon Watergate tapes, authoring key books such as *The Wars of Watergate* and *Abuse of Power: The New Nixon Tapes*. Kutler earned his B.A. from Bowling Green State University in 1956 and Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1960, and he passed away at age 80 after a distinguished career.
